A little tight, but still good
I'm 5'2 (62 inches) and really thin; I bought a male 2XS size.
It's a pretty good suit overall. I will say that it's pretty tight though. The mask fits just fine. I added footpads to my suit and they fit comfortably. Zipping up the suit by yourself is pretty difficult. I managed to zip it up on my own, but it was a real struggle. Unzipping was much easier for me. At the end of the day, I'm very happy with my purchase.

It’s really tight. Difficult to put on and take off if you are by yourself. Need some assistance to unzip and zip from the back. The mask is also really tight and visibility through the mask is difficult.
